Service Information

Handlers and dogs are required to arrive 5-10 minutes early to the lesson, to allow the dog time to settle, and so that classes can start on time.

Group classes are designed to teach your dog to exist calmly around other dogs. Handlers are to keep their dog at a safe distance from all other dogs. Dog to dog contact is NOT permitted, unless participating in a structured socialisation session under the guidance of a Trainer.

Classes are taught by Katrina Diem, Ellie Todd, Nadine Appenzeller  or Eve Schmacker, and they may be assisted by student dog trainers or volunteers.

In order to be able to attend a group class, the following must be received by the Due Date:

  1. Current C5 vaccination record (C3 accepted in puppies that have only had their first vaccination)

  2. Completed Enrolment Form

  3. Payment of the Service Fee by the specified due date on the attached Invoice

The primary handler of the dog during class, is required to be 16 years or older.

Payments and Refund for In-Person Group Classes

The Client agrees to make the payment of the Service Fee by the specified due date. Failure to do so, will result in automatic cancellation of the booking.

A full refund will be given if the Service is cancelled at least 48 hours in advance of the first lesson. Cancellations made 24 hours before the first lesson will receive a 50% refund of the course fee.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the course start date, no shows or cancellations made after the commencement of the Service receive no refund, and the Service is not transferrable.

Due to the structure of the Services, no make up lessons or refunds are available for missed lessons. Relevant training notes will be emailed in the event of a missed group class.
